Food is Medicine

I live on a 38 acre homestead in southwestern Pennsylvania with my husband, 4 kids, a dog, cat, and 2 dozen or so chickens. We have a passion for growing our own food and supporting local sustainable farms. 

My interest in holistic nutrition and research into celiac disease led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association. I graduated in 2017 as a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. My specialties focus on restoring digestive health and working with celiac/autoimmune conditions.  I also help guide families in transitioning to a real food lifestyle by replacing common sugary processed food products with whole, nutrient dense foods and showing you and your kids how to read ingredient labels. My kids love to help in the kitchen and taste-test my recipes! All children should learn how to cook real food from scratch andknow where their food comes from as a basic life skill.
